| Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Bristol Posts: 3,230 Rep Power: ![]() | I would say its worth taking throughout the cycle if you can afford it, but its not gonna give any massive gains obviously - but definitely a good idea for PCT, however the bloating associated with creatine monohydrate might not be ideal for PCT on a hardening cycle - or for the general 'finished product' look - but during pct or perhaps starting a little earlier, definitely a good idea..
