Default Creatine

This may be a strange question, would you use creatine whilst on gear? or would you start to use it 2 weeks before comming of? and then carry on, so that to hgive you a better chance to hold onto any gains.

Whats your take?

I would say its worth taking throughout the cycle if you can afford it, but its not gonna give any massive gains obviously - but definitely a good idea for PCT, however the bloating associated with creatine monohydrate might not be ideal for PCT on a hardening cycle - or for the general 'finished product' look -

but during pct or perhaps starting a little earlier, definitely a good idea..

doesbt matter when you take it in all honesty.. it helps your body work slightly better... so in reality is a good addition at any time... if your diet is good and yuor creatine is of a good quality you wont bloat much!

that said... i dont bother much with it!
