Not looking to get any bigger, maybe some cutting (trying to get muscle def). Would supplements help or should I just keep going doing what I'm doing? |

| Making Progress | hi mate i would get your diet in check first, supplements dont replace natural whole foods. why dont u post your diet up in the diet and nutrition section on here, im sure u will get loads of advice and tips. supplements do help, but only once u got a decent diet plan that reflects your goals. otherwise they are a total waste of money IMO |

Creatine Omega Oils Protein Powder both whey and casein Vitamins After I wouldn't consider anything staple supps that I'd always use. |
