Food is more effective than both. Forget about NO (Nitric Oxide) as its crap and forget about HGH as well ........ never mind.

Just stick to a good diet and protein and if you want to be a supp junkie then yeah take creatine and some good vits maybe efa's and glutamin (although I personally think its a waste of time but its not going to do you any harm)

NO might give you a good workout boost, that is all. It won't really help you grow.

HGH? Are you mad? HGH stands for human growth hormone, its more advanced than steroids...

both products wont really help you at the moment luigi... main aim for you right now is to concentrate on getting yuor training and diet nailed so that your getting good results... its not difficult but it needs to be focussed on rather than trying supps which could hinder it!

HGH is over rated (unless you spend thousands and use for a long long time) so forget about it.

N.O. does what it says on the tin.. gives you a good pump.. it does not however make you gow or make you stronger in the long term.. and personally i feel that this "fake" pump you see whilst training will lead you to think your growing when your actually not so you will lose sight of when your not progressing! its also quite expensive too!
