imo supplements will only help you if you are already gaining from your training.
proteinpowders, creatine and glutamine all help, train like that for a 6months to a year-then see where you are.

dare i mention superdrol?
you wont be ready for it without at least a years training under ya belt,BUT,being realistic and if i was in your shoes i`d be wanting to get my grubby little mitts on the strongest legal stuff out there.
which is precisely what i did when i started training originally 6 years ago
(i had trained on and off sporadically for 15 years)so i did have some idea of what i was doing-
i now know that i knew jack sh1t,but its all relative and was still quite knowledgeable compared to you(no offence intended).
just telling it like it is.

difference is there was a total lack of infomation in "my day"-
thesedays theres no excuse with the info that forums contain.

rather than ask questions first read all the stickies in each section-theyre there for a reason.
search the threads and find out what you want to know-
then ask away and you`ll get some decent quality advice and respect

I don't recommend superdrol, and its illegal now.

Supplements you should buy:

Protein powder
creatine monohydrate (micronised)
Omega oils
multivitamins
Maybe a NO (nitrous oxide) product like NO Xplode just for a training boost.

Don't bother with OTC test boosters like ZMA or tribulus imo.

Nick

Luigi, people have had great weight and strenght gains on creatine so give this ago like Nick Sugests.

Also smoking weed will not help mate. Try to limit the amount you smoke mate. Try not to smoke within an hour of training.

i realise you are piss#d off with people going on about diet but the reason we have gone on about it is cause its so important.

whey first thing in the morning
whey, creatine and dexrose after workout
multi vitamin
omega oils
i use zma before bed when im not on cycle i seem to sleep miles better

whether you want to hear it or not supplements are not a magic solution and are an addition to a solid diet.

protein every 2 1/2 hours, if you are struggling to eat that much use a couple of mrp shakes. and make sure you get some protein before bed

good luck
