Firstly the order came really fast so i am really pleased with that and i like it how they say the loading phase is uneccesary unlike other companies. So already without trying it i recommend it just for the speed and the way they seem to care about there consumers. Thanks. But i would like to know what is the best and most effecient thing to mix the creatine with. Can i just add it to my protein powder with water or should i mix it with energy drinks high in glucose? |

Insulin only deals with one nutrient, and that's glucose. It's arguable that high GI carbs PWO may regenerate muscle glycogen faster, but there's no reason that it's necessary for creatine uptake. |

Creatine is effectively a storage hormone which puts the body into storage mode anf thus makes the body store nutrients more efficiently, vits, mins, protein, fats etc. Why do you think its advised not to eat fat and carbs together? The carbs cause the insulin release and this causes the fats to be more effectively stored along with the carbs. I would however say to anyone who can gain fat easily, be wary of using too many simple sugars or you could end up with more than just full looking muscles. My studies looked at insulin secretion and its effects on the body and I personally added 11lbs in 5 days using creatine and insulin (10iu's 3 times daily with 20g creatine each time). I had worked out if I hit it hard from the tuesday I would look much better for a seminar the following Sunday and not have time to spill over. It worked a treat, my muscles looked ready to burst and I looked the way I do after a good workout when I'm pumped. I'm not recommending anyone does this because after cessation of the ins/creatine supplementation the gains disappeared and I did gain fat. www.extremenutrition.co.uk Musclechats discount supplier. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition!
