| Under Construction Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 19 Rep Power:  |  The right company. Hi everyone. I have been weight lifting for about 2 years and play Rugby a lot. I have started to take protein supplements and i am going to be taking cretaine. I was just wondering what is the best and affordable company to get these supplements from. I have been told that extreme nutrition is a good company does anyone else know what they are like. I have only been using Holland and Barrett supplements but i have doubts they are as good as the companies that concentrate on sporting nutrition. Thanks for any help |
