personally mate i dont like LA muscle products.. i think their advertising isnt the best as its aimed at people who might have an inferiority complex. i also think their products are over priced.

in terms of whether its any good i really cant say. however id check the price against the companies advertising on this forum... all will provide excellent creatine products and no doubt cheaper than la muscles own.

personally i reccomend extreme nutrition products to everyone as i use them myself... and musclechat members get a 25% discount on RRP of their products!

You'll reach saturation fine at 5g/day, feel free to load if you enjoy GI problems. In term of the actual product, any vendor providing a COA (Certificate of Analysis) is exactly the same.

I would not advise the loading phase, most of the product goes down the loo during this stage, just use your 5g daily and saturation will be reached just the same albeit slower.

Its easier on the kidneys, stomach and pocket.
