Hi

i have heard of nobese although i have never taken it. all i really know about it is that its an ECA free fat mobiliser and diuretic. however i cannot comment on its effectiveness, although its manufacturer is LA Muscle and all of there stuff IMO is overpriced. if you look around you can get much better fat burners at a cheaper price.

hope this helps

So which fat burner would you recommend?
I have tried Hydroburn by Title which didn't work and tried Thermobol but didn't give it a chance to work because I had too many side affects.

Your problem here is diet and training, not fat burners...

do you know that over-the-counter fat burners don't account for any more than about a 1% boost to your metabolic rate over the day?

I don't bother with any of them now when dieting
