Is this True? I also got told you shouldn't take for to many days in a row? Is this right or not? Your info would be very grateful |

The only (mild) cause for concern is increased Creatinine if you take high doses for an extended period. Creatine is extremely safe and pretty much proven to be cheap and effective. |
