Default Help Me With Supplement Timing

Help me with my supplement timings please guys - i seem to have amassed alot of tubs of powder over the past few months and would like to know the best times / combinations to take them in...

Taurine
Arginine AKG
CEE tabs
Caffeine Tab

At the moment i swallow the CEE tabs, caffeine tabs, then a spoonful of AKG and Taurine with a glass of citrus fruit juice 30 mins before workout, then i take the same 30 mins after, minus the caffeine tab.

Is this ok or can anyone spot potential improvements?

I think it was either in MD or on bb.com that i read that arginine (as in the arginine used in one of the <cough> Muscletech products (think it is Anator?) is most effective with protein?

Any help is much appreciated guys.
