Default a supplement dilemma

I currently have these four supplements
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Whey Protein
Branched Chain amino acids powdered form
L-Glutamine powdered form

All the products were bought from bulk powders. I take the whey protein via shake which goes down fine, as does the CEE which i take with orange juice. Yet I am confused to how to incorporate BCAs an L-Glutamine in my diet, could i tak the L-Glutamine with the CEE in the orange juice? If so then what shall I do with the BCA's as they do not dissolve in anything. How should I take the BCA's and L-Glutamine? Appreciate all the help

I treat BCAAs as a super-quick protein. So for example, if I have been at work for 3 1/2 hours, and need to get amino acids in me like NOW i will go home and get 2 teaspoons of bcaa powder in me. Then I can cook the dinner meal and eat about 30 minutes later without having to worry about catabolism.

Also, I don't like having a big meal before I workout, so if for example I train at 630, I'd get back from work and have something small like a banana and 1 scoop whey at 540, then just before workout have 2 teaspoons bcaas and eaas.

L-glutamine has been shown almost everywhere to be a waste of money, because it is not bioavailable with oral ingestion.

Nick

i just have a half sip of some orange squash, then dump a teaspoon in , then another half sip of orange squash. Takes a bit of practice

alternatively buy capped BCAAs but they are more expensive...

so you first take a sip of of orange squash, then you add the BCA's to the
orange squash, and then you take another sip of the squash?

sip of orange squash in my mouth
-tilt my head back, shove a teaspoon of bcaas in my mouth
-with head still back, another sip of orange squash then chug it down !

Once you perfect it, taking any powder orally is a breeze

Don't bin your glutamine, admittedly free form of glutamine doesn't make it thru to your bloodstream and is absorbed in the gut BUT if your gut is healthy and getting enough glutamine from free form supplementation it must leave more of the glutamine that gets to your bloodstream available for the muscles.

Also Sicko, you've paid for it so you'd be as well to use it, it wont hinder your progress.

I don't really care about many of the studies that have been done because I know for a fact (and I can quote many names of bodybuilders, powerlifters and strongmen who have used) our glutamine complex and report better recovery time, less muscle soreness and in dieted bodybuilders who are carb depleted they can attain a "carbed up" look when using Extreme Glutamine.

We don't produce a free form l-glutamine because I am not a believer in it as a muscle building product.
