Default BSN NO explode and Nitrix

Which of these suppliments is better I have tried Nitrix and found it very effective the best suppliment i've ever used and far more effective than protein shakes and weight gainer.
NO explode however gets a higher rating and people talk more highly about it, I think this is just because NO explode gives immediate results?? increased energy and pumps etc? or is it actually the better of the 2 suppliments.

The first time i tried nitrix i bought one 180 tab container, 20 days worth, and like the website says by the 3rd week i saw a difference so ordered another 180 container (just under 6 week worth in total).

By this time i'de ran out of money so didnt order no more. I also hadnt weighed myself or measure for the time i was using nitrix until the end. By the end i was the heaviest i'de ever been by far and the biggest. even people had noticed and asked what was i on (like the website says).

The best improvement was my arms which have always been ahead of the rest of my body, they went from top end of 15 inch to abit over 17inch in the 6 weeks which i thought was impressive.

I've now ordered some more (720) tabs (nearly 12 weeks worth) from bodybuilding.com which came to £85 in total inc p+p (and i was charged no inport vat or customs charge for some reason) which is alot cheaper than any UK site ...usually £40 for 180 tabs.

I was going to order NO explode but i didnt want to waste money when i know nitrix works.... for me anyway.

I was wondering has anyone else tried them BOTH for a longish period of time and which is best??

What are you goals?

These 'NO' supplements are designed to give you a pump, they do not contribute to muscle growth (well perhaps indirectly, by allowing better transport of nitrogen and in theory reducing recovery times, + placebo effect of 'feeling the pump' so you train harder).

I'm inclined to advise you to not bother buying any because these gains are on the most part likely to be fake, i.e you feel bigger yet its just a pump. Still, if you like it then whatever. Its simple science to suggest that using protein powders and having a high protein diet will lead to muscle growth, not NO products.

I should mention that I have not tried these products either, but would be interested to feel what these pumps are like, yet wouldnt expect any muscle growth.

Nick

My goal at the moment is to put on mass, 14 stone is my goal, (13.9 at the mo 9% BF) im not planning on competeing, so nothing too serious.

I know what you mean by fake gains. I can tell my strength has not increased in comparison to size. But its got me looking bigger and better shaped for summer. So for someone like me who relies more on food than shakes i would prefer the pump apposed to using my money on shakes.

Also i have been trying for months to get passed the 13 stone barrier and now i have smashed it with Nitrix so the weight must be coming from somewhere? maybe from increased recovery rate. But at the end of the days its working well for me.

As for feeling the pump, when training my back for example by the end of a workout my back is so pumped its forcing my arms out away from my body pretty good if you ask me.

Conan, muscles are protein and water, simple as that. Training causes the stimuli to make the muscle want to grow by making it want to absorb more protein so it can become bigger to handle the increased workload.

You cannot grow on Nitrix, Cell-Mass or No-Xplode alone, they contain no protein worth speaking about, all they are is cell volumisers end of story.

Think of them as a Wonder Bra for your muscles, they make what you have look as good as is possible but when removed your back to where you started.
