I considered myself a hard gainer when I first started out but then realised I just wasn't training right or eating well enough. If you bought this product there's nothing stopping you adding some extra calories to it, to make it last longer and to help you put on some weight. I personally don't believe in taking more than 800 calories in one sitting. . So, add some skimmed milk powder, peanut butter, honey or ice-cream etc. But be careful, if you put the weight on too fast then some of it's going to be fat. |
