Try this http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/ca...acturers_id=10
you get 25% discount for being a musclechat member.
So, 6kg works out at 45pounds.
Or try www.bulkpowders.co.uk and mix your own.

Sorry, I've not tried it myself but others have also recommended this in the past. I considered myself a hard gainer when I first started out but then realised I just wasn't training right or eating well enough.
If you bought this product there's nothing stopping you adding some extra calories to it, to make it last longer and to help you put on some weight.
I personally don't believe in taking more than 800 calories in one sitting. . So, add some skimmed milk powder, peanut butter, honey or ice-cream etc. But be careful, if you put the weight on too fast then some of it's going to be fat.

As i've recommended many times:

Pint of milk
1 or 2 scoops whey
1 or 2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 or 2 bananas
ice cubes
50 - 100grams oats

= 650 - 1200 calorie drink for <£1, with 80/140/20 to 120/200/40 depending on the ingredients you put more in.

Nick

Nick. Any alternatives to the peanut butter? Or does the taste get obliterated by all the other ingredients
