Default Magnesium Creatine Chelate

Hi,

I was recently reading about a product that contained Magnesium Creatine Chelate, and it claims that this stuff is very effective in increasing strengh, stamina and muscle size. I was just wondering if anyone had herd of it or used it, and what you views on it are?

Never heard about it, I'm going to post an article about the manufacturing process of creatine in the articles section within the next week or so and this will erase half the crap we are being told about some of these new creatines.

I don't know specifically about this, but my opinion on all of these new 'weird and wonderful' creatine mixes is that they are just creatine with a cherry on top... they won't work any better than the original stuff itself, micronised creatine monohydrate. I think the market has a place for dextrose/creatine mixes, and perhaps CEE, but all these weird blends like Magnesium Creatine Chelate are just a marketing ploy to get people to pay a lot for nothing.

my opinion only...

Nick

Magnesium Creatine Chelate is patented by Albion Labs. It is used in a few products and has actually had pretty good results, it isn't too pricy either.

All creatine products start out as creatine monohydrate, any further manipulation into creatine malate, Magnesium Creatine Chelate, creatine keto glutemate, di/tri creatine malate, etc also starts the conversion into creatinine.
