Lemon & Lies....

Anyone tried Lemon and Lies? Its a powder you mix with water and acts as a thermogenic.
SOme of the ingredients are obvious like ephedra, caffeine, buit it also has an ingredient called 'system x', however no one I know has any idea what this is.
And it has the biggest enegy buzz of any thermogenic or energy drink I have ever taken. But the 'System X' part worries me slightly.

hm...

i used to have ephedra powder and used to suspend it in water and down it, and its the most disgusting think i've ever had as part of this bodybuilding i'm doing..

not sure your drink would taste nice with ephedra in !!!

Never heard of this drink. Personally, when I see products which label some of their ingredients under a collective name like "system x" or "special blend II" etc, I tend to think that they're probably using a marketing ploy to get you thinking that it has something special or different that other similar products dont have. It's probably just a mixture of some vitamins, taurine or pepper etc. The things you normally see in other thermogenic products.
Where do you buy it from?

I've seen them and I think I know who's making them and from what I've heard the missing link is amphetemine!

maybe the lemon & lies part is a bit of a giveaway as to system x's authenticity!! lol

If it does contain amphetamines (speed) then firstly the product will be illegal which means you can't guarantee the quality of the product and how much is in it, and what it's mixed with.
Also, amphetamine is a powerfull stimulant which could give you a number a bad side-effects, palpitations, increased blood pressure (not good if you have heart problems) are only a few.
I would only take something that I know what exactly is in it.
