most times when i go to the gym i can do with an instant energy boost because of a hard day at work.i tried lemon and lies and i loved them.does anyone know of any similar products that mite b good 2 invest in

heh im surprised you can say that is the most disgusting after those huge egg white whey and all kinds of crap shakes that you make, the ephedra wasnt that bad!

BigDoh, you wont get anything like Lemon and lies, because of what in it it is only made for the black market.

You will not find a manufacturers details on the bottles or any contact details, why? Because they don't want to be traceable because of the ingredients!

For a pre workout buzz Orange Rush, Garnell Enrage and No-Xplode are all good as powdered products. Stackers, EPH25, Thermogen 5, ECA are all good as tablets or capsules to be taken an hour before a workout. Have a look on www.betterbodies.uk.com because you'll find more info on most of those available there at good prices.

Totally agree lemon and Lies are brilliant for a quick start at the gym after hard day at work!
Unfortunately I am not at livberty to disclose the source of mine on an open forum, but i canm reccomend the new stackers! you do need to take at least 3 caps to get full benefit tho.
And I have just heard the dutch manufactuers of lemon and lies have just brought out there own version stacks, with system X basically lemon and lies, in pill form.
