Help!!!!!!!! Supplement advice needed!!!!

at the moment im taking usn whey protien, tribex and have just invested in universal animal m stak as i am new to taking supplements does any one have any advice on what i can take as well for muscle growth. as i have no pic im 6ft 4 19.5st and have 16% bodyfat. the tribex and protien are working well but i want results from the training i have put in. any help would be aprieciated.

I'm not sure what tribex is, but if its tribulus i'd be inclined to say that its a bit of a waste of money to be honest.

At 19.5 stone and 16% bodyfat (about where I am but at 14 1/2 stone !!) youve gotta be one of the biggest guys on here and only at 22 years old. Congrats.

yeah sure mate ill look in to it. personally i dont think im that big mate ill post some pics in the next few weeks mate but i looked at the pics on here already there are some massive guys that is my goal

Ben, 16% or 17.5% doesn't matter your a sriously big mofo! And at your age you still have lots to go, how long have you been training for? You could easily be 23st in a few years.

What you're doing sounds ok, Tribex by biotest is one of the better pro-hormones around, I think Biotest are a top company and if I am to use any pro-hormones it is Biotest i use too. One of my staff used alpha male with a good result.

Just keep banging in your protein, eating well and remain consistent with your training and it will come thru time.

Tribex and Alpha Male are both very good pro-hormones, we sell both on our site and in our shop. We have had a few younger guys and a few guys who are nearer 50 buy it as they don't want to use steroids and they have had good results and seem perfectly happy to buy the same product again. That is as good a sign as you can get really.

One of our staff is former BNBF Brithish Jnr champion and current Jnr British Powerlifting record holder and is drug tested in whatever he enters so must be carefull what he uses and he swears by Tribex.

hiya ben, go to your local health shop and ask them for SARSPARILLA ROOT (SMILLAX) its the plant base of testosterone imo its alot stronger than tribulus, gaba also works well for me( helps me to sleep and to recover quickly) and get the amino acids into you, creatine has been proven to work
