A supplement is just that, a supplement to your diet. It'll only work if you've got a good diet and routine. As far as 'what's the best for growing muscle quickly?', you're not going to grow muscle quickly on supplements. However, if you do some research on the possible side effects and have a proper PCT inplace, then Superdrol, M1T, methyl masterdrol like products. Although these are legal, they are basically steroids and shouldn't be taken lightly.
If these aren't your cup of tea then stick with quality food and supplement with a good protein and creatine. Get these right and you can make some impressive gains.

I'd say Extreme's Build + Recver, its a good all rounder with 4 proteins, 3 different carbs half your vits and mins and 3 gr creatine per serve too.

I use it usually after training but sometimes brekky too, price is good and it covers all bases.

Compared to other MRPs its cheap with RRP £35 for 25 servings and it tastes good.

Cell Mass and No Xplode from BSN are good for giving you a right pump when you train but with no protein in it you can't actually build, but you look sh1t hot in the gym.

Cell Tech is like that too and way too expensive IMO.

Any cretine product will put size on fast by volumising your muscle cells but its not helping with actual muscle growth.

I've been on the kre-alkalyn and quite like it, it hasn't made me jump in size as fast as regular creatine but I am now looking like I'm permanently pumped and look leaner than before I started.

i used usn NITRIC FORCE stacked with ANAGEN it worked wonders for me, if your budget is tight then just normal creatine is very good also protein helps with recovery and adding muscle.

I know I'm probably the oldest on here but I'm going to say...WATER first followed by a strict training regime eating more quality than consumption and you WILL grow.

If like me you simply can't get enough food in (you digest slower as you get older) then a quality protein supp several times a day; watch the toilet though too much protein and you'll be forever sat on the pan.

Creatine a must if you will but MH does tend to bloat (it does me at any rate, i am currently stacking Norateen and Norateen HW2 and result has been spectacular with gains in strength that were not expected, Nitrix and No-Xplode are OK as said for pumps, be warned the do last for quite a while.

If you are just starting, eat plenty (quality) and drink up to a gallon a day of water, muscles are made up of around 70% water.

good luck
