Default Kre-Alkalyn

Has anyone else tried this stuff? I took a bottle today to try and wondered if the dosing on the tub is enough so thought I'd ask for anyone elses thoughts.

The read relating to the theory and how it works in your body is good, but so is the blurb for nitrotech or colostrum so does that count for much?

Anyway, thought I'd ask.

It's certainly hard to change the way you think regarding dosage when a lot of people were using 5-20g a day of creatine monohydrate. When I started using CEE and only using 2-3g a day with no loading, I didn't think it'd work. But, I was wrong.
I've never had any of the problems with cramps and stomach pains etc so so I'd probably be less likely to switch to Kre-Alkalyn.
However, they are promising better results. So, if the powder form was available for roughly the same price, I'd give it a go. The liquid version I'd give a miss because of the bad press relating to other creatine suspensions out at the moment, and would have to wait for more evidence.

We had some of our natural athletes try it and some of our unnaturals too while clean and they mostly had good results.

We are going to release this as an Extreme product soon.

The claims made by the company who produce Kre-Alkalyn may be contested by another creatine manufacturer as being not true. I have heard that the alkaline buffer may not give 100% uptake as stated.

Also, research has shown that creatine does not convert into creatinine in the stomach within a few minutes, but takes more like a few hours.

They may be contested but that means nothing, LA Muscle say their stuff is the best and I'm sure many rival companies would "contest" that.

The creatine to creatinine conversion begins when creatine is mixed with water and if accelerated in the gut, it doesn't happen immediately but as you say over a period of time which means by the time it hits your bloodstream for transport to the muscle cells much of it is creatinine.

But this company have actual research data proving what they may be contesting. One of the things they also are able to show is that in fact with monohydrate, despite claims by Kre-Alkalyn, once it reaches the bloodstream the majority is in fact not creatinine.

Due to research and data that can now be shown, i am very sceptical about Kre-Alkalyn and its claims.

OK, who is the other manufacturer contesting the claims?

Do you have a copy of the study disproving kre-alkalyn or can you tell us where to read it, because until is widely available any doubts are heresay from a rival and so amount to nothing more than sour grapes possibly.

I'm more sceptical about creatine malate, di and tri creatine keto-doodah, etc, etc.

That is probably not something i should post at the moment unfortunately, although i will find out if they are happy with me doing so. They are a very reputable company though and very much doubt if they would make such claims without basis. Their studies are not public at the moment although again i will see whether they are willing to make them so. I expect the answer will currently be no on that.

So until such times as this company decides to go public its hearsay or your personal opinion only that doubts the validity of Kre-Alkalyn. Have you tried it at all?

If not how can you really pass comment? Try it at a time when nothing else can effect your possible gains and only then is it fair to pass judgement.

It is not my personal opinion, it is purely based on what another large reputable company have told me in a meeting we had with them recently.

I have tried it but stacked with other products so i cannot really comment personally, i am just relaying what i have been told. As i said i will find out whether said company is happy for me to post their name and further details. Im sure it won't be long before it is mentioned; if they told us i expect they have told others too.

To be honest, it doesn't really affect me either way as we are not a manufacturer or sole distributor of a Kre-Alkalyn product, i just thought i would post up what i had been told as i read your post about using the product in a formulation.
