Dextrose i am a bit confused because it says on the labels of BCAA to take on an empty stomach to avoid competition with other amino acids. And it says the same on L-glutamine. so i would be very grateful for someone to point me in the right direction. Just some background.. i workout in the mornings, and have oats pre-workout. much appeciated for any help! |

BCAA = before training or any type of cardio. Aminos = some say with every meal to ensure your getting all teh aminos needed. L-Glutamine = before or after training and also before any type of cardio. creatine = never used the CEE version... so maybe someone else will suggest???? dextrose = after training mixed with protein shake. like i say this is just a rough guide... any supplement plan should be worked out alongside your daily diet so its tailored exactly to your needs! ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself!
