yeh i play for Portsmouth and Hampshire and i was also selected to play in an uncapped international against Canada under 17's and then asked to play up an agfe grouop against Canada under 18's.

If you are truly 18% then you have a LBM of 200lbs, this is absolutely incredible, and at your age almost totally unheard of

I had my bodyfat measured at my gym using electric sensors putting electric pulses through my body and it said i had a bodyfat percentage of 18%, but i do not know how accurate a device like that is.

They tend not to be the best, some are high some are low and the only ones I've seen to be accurate are EXPENSIVE!

those electric pulse tests are excellent. i love them. bettyboo got her bodyfat tested last year, one week out from the britain, where she was PEELED, and her bodyfat measured something like 24%. in reality it was probably nearer 4 %. skinfold measurements work best for me. although i ain't getting mine tested. i don't need a machine to tell me i'm a fat b*stard.
