Bulk Powders

Sorry if i've got the wrong site, i guess i'm getting on a bit, but did BulkPowders used to do special offers for Musclechat members? i cant find any links on this site or uk site where i was sure i used special money off offers before...

i tried all in one protein on offer and while it's very good value, it has a slightly detergent- like after taste, so i want to revert back...

no bulk powders don't do a special offer anywhere as far as I'm aware. There price for 5kg (11lbs) of 80% NZ concentrate whey is £24.99 slightly cheaper if you get euro whey or 75% concentrate.

If you want concentrate isolate mix use myprotein.com custom forumla and mix the two. Email the site say you want a price match on bulk powders stuff as they offer a price match on anyone's products EU free of postage and package. say you want so many pounds isolate so many pounds concentrate blended 60 40 and boom 11 pounds quailty whey for about £30. If you want to add anything else custom formual covers pretty much all trhe ingredients I could think of. I make my nighttime formula there.

If you want to go branded there are countless options of which Dymatize is the cheapest (and worst) and maximuscle LA and Muscletech are the most expensive and not worth it.

Companies with good reps on this board which you can pick up through reading the posts are obviously Extreme which a lot of the pro's on here use, reflex and ON.

On is £31 per 5lbs for their gold standard which is the best they make and they say has a superior isolate content to any other branded whey which I haven't seen disproved.

Extreme is slightly more expensive but you will get slightly cheaper as being a board member you will get 25% off and at £30.

Reflex which I haven't checked as I don't like the thickness of the shakes (not a scientific reason based on ingredients just I like drinking the thinner shakes) is I think slightly under or around £30 also.

I used to use discount but changed to chuks after I did a free testing log with them and the guys were great with me. I always find their customer service awesome but that might be because I buy a ridiculous amount of supps.

I have used Bulk powders extensively, MyProtein to some extent, huge amounts of Dymatize, i've used Extreme and Reflex, ON.

All quality products... I say go for what you consider to be the best all round quality product that has the best reputation.

My PERSONAL choice is bulk powders, and ON whey. The former for price, the latter for taste/mixability.
