Then a maintainance dose of 5 grams a day. If it's Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) no need for loading phase just take a level teaspoon once a day (approx. 3g). Some people feel you should cycle creatine, say 3 months on, one month off. Others feel it's ok to stay on it continuously. Personally, I tend to give my body a break every 3 or 4 months. However you decide to use it, it's one of the safest, most tested and most widely used sports supplements available. |

Haven't actually read that the body can only absorb 6g a day, but I'm not an expert on the field. Here's a link I found based on some doctor's studies. It also has a calculator to workout your loading phase and maintanance requirements depending on your weight. Could save you some money. http://www.creatinesideeffects.info/...h-creatine.htm |

I've been happy with the results from creatine monohydrate and CEE so I've not felt the need to spend more than is neccessary on serums. So, having not tried them I can't tell you how good/bad they are but I do think they are overly expensive and from what I've read that doesn't justify and possible benefits. I guess it would appeal to people who are too lazy to measure out and mix powdered creatine. Stick to the basics and save some cash. |
