| Under Construction  Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Norfolk, England Posts: 41 Rep Power:  |  Extreme B&R and Extreme Protein Can any recommend the amount of water to use with Extreme B&R and Extreme Protein?(not mixing them together, as serparate shakes). It states how much powder to use but not how much fluid to mix with. Is it down to personal preference less water the thicker the shake? :shock: |
