I disagree, free form L-Glutamine is different to peptide bonded glutamine in the way the body absorbs it.

Glutamine is used to form your stomach lining, free form gets absorbed in the gut and does NOT reach your muscles so in my opinion is pointless unless you have an upset tum.

Peptide bonded is absorbed in the same way as solid food and is broken down and digested before reaching a part at the bottom of the stomach called the scilia, this is where the bloodstream collects nutrients for transportation to all the cells in the body including the muscles.

This is why almost EVERY supplement company is promoting it now because it is so cheap and is a good avenue for profit, even though its crap.

Not meaning to plug my own products but our glutamine is unique, a blend of free form (a healthy gut is vital) and peptide bonded to volumise your muscles and aid recovery and new growth.

KillerBulk,

Depends what you call good value for money? If it works then it's good value for money isn't it?

Affordable good quality glutamine are things like

L-Glutamine from Smart-tec
Extreme Nutrition Glutamine Capsules
L-Glutamine from Reflex
L-Glutamine from Garnell

Products like CNP,MRM,Maximuscle i think are over priced, don't get me wrong i like CNP and MRM products but you can get just as good results from the affordable above products, i would recommend staying away from the cheaper brands that you get from health food stores, they are usually a lower grade of Glutamine, hence why they are so cheap.

So is it better to take powder or tablet form of L-Glutamine.

I heard that you should take it early in the morning and then after workout.
