Default Effective pre-workout stimulants?

What pre-workout stimulants do you use?
I'm uping my cardio in the effort to reduce myBF and was wondering if it's worth spending more money on exotic caffeine free alternatives? I'm not bothered about things that are going to raise my metabolism for long periods of time, just something to put a kick in my cardio.

The red bulls have little effect these days.

how comes you don't want caffeine in your pre-workout chalk? Tbh without the caffeine (and i'm thinking if you dont want caffeine then you wouldnt even consider something like ephedrine...), then its not gonna be much of a 'kick' to your training in terms of stimulants...

Sorry, not sure what to suggest, perhaps taurine?

Nick

I have found that the EPH25plus extreme to work very well having 1 or 2 about 30 minutes before training.

Thanks for the advice, sorry for any confusion with my original post.
I don't mind caffeine, it's just that I drink two cans of red bull and don't want to take anymore because of the carbs. Certainly don't want to be eating spoonfulls of gold blend before my workout.

So caffeine products are fine, just wondered if there was something or a product which any of you found preferable. Not sure about ephedrine, think I'll give that one a miss.
I'll have a look at the EPH25

EPH25 has ephedrine in it.

Take a look at USPLABS C2, Dymatize Ignite, Designer Supplements Basic Cuts, or just having a very strong coffee before workout.

Also, there is sugar free red bull..
