What do you all think about this new so called super protein Oryzatein...Rice Protien? When did we start getting protein from rice? Apparently the an amino acid profile in Oryzatein has 98% level match to Mothers milk which is meant to be one the highest biological values of protein available. I really don't buy into the whole lets sell this product on the basis that it has lycopene (a pigment that gives tomatoes its red colour) in it. Great for the sun tan but i don't think i have much to worry about living in Aberdeen do you? I have tried the starwberry flavour and wasn't impressed to say the least. Just thought i would post my first topic for discussion... |

Ultimately the amino profile isn't going to make that much difference unless it's incomplete, which it isn't. With regards to Lycopene, it is an extremely potent anti-oxidant, that is their selling point - it has nothing to do with getting a tan. |

As i am new to this forum i wanted to see how clued up people are on their knowledge of supplements. Reflex's selling point is on the lycopene and the Oryzatein which i am interested to hear people opinions on as oryzatein is a new rice protein. |
