Default Creatine + alcohol

hey guys

just wanted to know if its ok to drink alcohol whilst taking creatine, Ive just had a creatine shake but was wondering if its ok for me to drink aswell.

Need a response asap if poss.

probably not great, but in terms of 'are you gonna faint/die/have a fit' - no.

Its the same as drinking alcohol at all its not the best idea but living a little isn't gonna kill you

Creatine is an energy source stored in the muscle, booze is not going to effect it.

If you are overdoing creatine you'll know about it anyway because you'll get bad guts.

If you are constantly overdoing alcohol then you're probably wasting you money on creatine, get another bottle of voddy.

Moderation on both will be fine.
