Default Powder measures

I,ve just bought powdered CEE & AAKG, and the stated doses are 3g twice a day, and 1.5g three times daily. Only thing is i'm not too sure what 3g and 1.5g look like. Is there anywhere that sells 1g scoops?? or has anyone got any ideas on how to measure them?? Thanks

Volume is dependent upon density, so you can't generalize. I suggest you pick up a set of electric scales, they are available fairly cheaply on ebay.

I got stuff from bulk powders and they said the same but didn't give any indication on how to measure out their serving recommendations, its crap if you have to buy a set of electronic scales to know how much you nare taking.

I don't have and have never used scales....

a pack of meat is generally 400 grams... so i eat roughly half in a serving for example.

I go by a teaspoon being roughly 5 grams too.

I'm not scientific in the sense that i have to have the exact 100% molecular amount (like raz... i take the piss but its obviously a good way to do it) - because I think:
1. even if you measured the dose super accurately, everybody is different so you never truly know that 3.5 grams of CEE will be too much vs 3 grams for example....
2. I do not have the patience to measure everything, to gain an extra 5% accuracy... its just pedantic and pointless imo.

Sure, if i was homebrewing gear or making my own IGF solution, i would be critical in terms of dosages, quantity, weight amount etc... but the difference between 3 and 3.5 grams of CEE for example does not concern me...

Nick

Many of the top bodybuilders I know don't weigh their foods, they go by the mirror, if it aint coming off cut carbs back.

If you aint growing eat more, there's not a lot of working it out really if cutting or bulking.

I did weigh my food when I was competing but since I wont again - who cares if I'm 10 0r 20gr out?
