Default Glycerin

:? I've been told that Glycerin could be taken pre-workout to increase vascodilation. Anyone know if it works? And if it does where can i get it from and how much should i take??

I took it for a comp one time and I will tell you that your stomach or mouth will NOT love you long time.

You can get it at most chemists.

cheers fella . id like to increase vascodilation while working out baecause a; i believe that the more blood you have flowing round your muscles, the more nutrients enter the muscle fibres. and b; i love the feeling of being so pumped it feels like your muscles are going to rip through your skin

Remember vasodilation affects your brain as well - you may end up with killer headaches on the big lifts.

you can acheive the look from adjusting your diet and lossing some BF...and just because you don't see mind popping veins does not mean the blood is not pumping through your body....?

in my opinion you are being vain and to be honest using Glycerin is not the answer adjusting your diet is...
