Personally, I have had great success with Dymatize Elite Whey, because its cheap and tasty. However it doesn't mix easily, and quality varies from batch to batch. The best protein i've tried is ON gold standard rocky road, except its slightly more expensive than Dymatize Elite. So if you dont mind spending an extra £5 - £7 on a 5lb tub, my vote is ON gold standard. [haven't tried Extreme whey, so didn't factor it into my vote.] Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

It's dirt cheap and mixes completely, and i can easily down it witout having to add flavouring (altho black star labs flavourings are really good). When money becomes less tight and i get more of my protein from whole foods, i'll revert to Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - the strawberry flavour is brilliant and you know it's high quality stuff. |
