i would agree that as long as your diet is good then you shoul;dn't need it on a bulking cycle.

like i have said i can only really advise a prduct if i have used it myself and seen good results and when taken whilst dieting and still training intensly it gave me great recovery from workouts and better protein synthesis...

YG - i am sure we both could post up several studies each to back up both our sides of this coin so to speak in fact one of the links you posted actually backup some of the claims i have pointed out

so as it stands i still disagree with your point of veiw on this supplement as it has given me and plenty of other individuals good results.
i can honestly say that it has helped me to maintain a decent amount of muscle whilst i have been on my current comp diet without the aid of AAS...

yeah the links were not meant to wholly back up my argument more offer a discussion for people to read to see what they think. Like you said we can only offer advice based on our experiences and the papers we read etc. its up to people to try the product and make their own minds up, we obviously disagree on the anti - C point but I'm not going to argue with your real life results you have a lot more experience of this sport than I do just my two cents.

wahey a musclechat disagreement without agrument thread.

Out of interest and a complete hijack why are you not usinf AAS surely this puts you at a massive disadvantage?

Cheers YG

totally agree mate sad when people get very wound up over threads usually because of a vested interest in the products.

Good going mate I hope you do well in the comp and more importantly you and your wife succeed, I hope there is no underlying problem.

I have the biggest sob story happy ending in relation to that.
My older sister and her husband tried for about 5 years he had mumps as a young adult and apparently this can have severe effects on your sperm count. She had IVF twice which my brother paid for and there is some complication by which you cannot have IVF treatment more than three times. She hated the thought of ruling out a baby completely so never had the third treatment, plus the effects are pretty brutal on your body.

They gave up after 6 years and tried to just get on with life. About 12 months later my sis had to go to the docs and was very worried as she had been diagnosed as having a cist in her stomach from her doctor. After the x ray an NHS nurse who obviously hadn't read her file showed her her stomach scan and explained that these were the feet and this is its head.

My sister basically said what the **** had you read my file. The nurse said oh I'm so sorry I hadn't read it this is a standard scan which was used for both stomach cists and pregnancy. Oh and by the way your pregnant. My sis cried for about an hour ran to her husbands work with the scan (he's a brickie) so you can picture the building site and jumped on him then he cried then all her friends did then my mum did and so on and so forth.

Sorry for the complete and utter tangent I just like telling that story. He's three now and is the most spoilt kid in the world.

Oh and errr yeah glutamine. back on topic

the only problem i had mate was the fact that with all my knowledge on gear use and PCT i ignored it just to place at last years british yes i acheived my goal but it has taken me 11 months just for my levels and sperm count to return to normal...

great news for your sis mate i have a little girl who is 6 and when she was born was the best moment in my life...

yes back on topic....
there is no point getting all heated up on anything inmy opinion as we are all diffrent and therfore we all react diffrently to many things.
