With your discount it works out under £1 a serving, now try buying the equivalent nutritional value in solid food for the same cost.
no no no im not knocking it mate....the price is what it is and i dont know enough about it to comment whether its expensive or not so my apologies if i sounded sarky...how long is delivery once its paid for and used at a normal rate how long will 1 tub last?...also,im not sure if im actually a member i just have a read through the pages and ask the odd question now and then,is that enough to qualify for the discount ? ... all the best

Leglock, it depends on how many you have per day, I have a shake for breakfast and last thing at night. On training days I have a whey after training too.

Even though we are a supplement company and in some ways I shoild be suggesting you use amino acids and creatine, etc, I wont do this unless I genuinely thought it relevant to you.

If you want my honest opinion post a typical days diet and tell us what you build is like and if you struggle to gain weight or get fat easy. Let us know your job and a rough idea on your training (3 nights a week and 2 nights martial arts or 2 nights weights and 3 nights football, etc, get me?). The more we know the better we can advise.

Well thankyou for your help and advice brother its much appreciated.
Now...its like this..im 34 years old, used to compete in mma but due to recurring injuries(and just getting too old if truth be told !) i stopped training and competing last year but naturally would still like to remain active and if i can, pack on a bit of size and strength...i,ll never have that bodybuilders physique as id probably need to weight about 30 stone to look in proportion !!...im 6 ft 4 and currently weigh around 17 stone...i dont put weight on easily and to be honest dont have a particularly big appetite by nature.
My training has always mostly been on the mat,but as regards weights ive only ever really trained strength/endurance type training so have never really gone to maximum weights lifted.
My training at the mo is every other night as it seems to fit my body so to speak,my routine is based pretty closely on the beginners routine that the fella garry put up in the other section only 2 hard sets instead of the 1.Overall i suppose each body part is trained around twice every 8 days.
As for diet, like i said im not a big eater so i know im not getting enough, but what i do get is correct foods ie proteins, carbs fats etc are pretty much as they should be,just not enough !
My work doesnt and wont effect my training and my sleep/rest is pretty normal....If you could give me an idea on anything to do with diet/supplements it would be a big help to me and would be very much appreciated....all the best
