Default help needed!

hi. i need some help from u lads.im 17 and wiegh 67kg and im 5'10"...i have brought some dymatize elite whey but thats all i use on the supplement side of things because i dont know if there is anything else i should use. with the different products out there. im not looking to go on steriods or anything because im in the RAF so i cant use them. so any ideas to what supplements i should use or if i should use any at all?? thanks.

theres a chap stationed at coltishall who`s a natural powerlifting world champion-you heard of him?

no actually..i havent..i havent really researched into powerlifting athletes..though i havent been in the RAF long. so then i probably wouldnt have. so how will creatine help me ? is that like the only other supplement? is there any brand u recommend..as theres looaaaadddsss on the web.x

Well, to put it simply, creatine adds water weight. Whereas protein is supplemented to directly build muscle tissue, creatine will incorporate water into muscle fibers as they heal themselves post-workout. Due to the retention of water, creatine gives the muscles more of a bloated appearance rather than a lean solid look.

Also, because creatine plays a role in the transfer of energy between skeletal muscles, some claim that it helps them get that extra "boost" of energy they need when lifting an extreme amt of weight.

back to basics mate....your 17 still got loads of natural test floating round, just eat loads o good food....chicken tuna brown bread, sweet potatoes, steaks.oats milk veg and fruit ,you will be up a few kg's in no time with some solid training

lol mate protein,creatine.a good multi vit and some sort of flax/fish oils are the only supps we can all agree on-
weight gain for ectomorph is a long haul-
you need to be adding 500cals a day to youre maintainance diet -do it in small amounts over along peroid of time-
small progressive increments are the way to go-
even a quarter of a pound a week will give you a solid stone at the end of a year.
