Whereas protein is supplemented to directly build muscle tissue, creatine will incorporate water into muscle fibers as they heal themselves post-workout. Due to the retention of water, creatine gives the muscles more of a bloated appearance rather than a lean solid look. Also, because creatine plays a role in the transfer of energy between skeletal muscles, some claim that it helps them get that extra "boost" of energy they need when lifting an extreme amt of weight. |

| Illuminati | lol mate protein, creatine.a good multi vit and some sort of flax/fish oils are the only supps we can all agree on- weight gain for ectomorph is a long haul- you need to be adding 500cals a day to youre maintainance diet -do it in small amounts over along peroid of time- small progressive increments are the way to go- even a quarter of a pound a week will give you a solid stone at the end of a year. ![]() ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
