Dongle, thank you for your positive post, our Extreme Performance Whey is really light too, its designed to be faster absorbed so should be light on the stomach.

In favour of Extreme Protein vs Reflex Whey you need to look at the amino acid content of the 2 products, EP has 22 aminos, I think reflex will have 18(?), the sodium and lactose content in EP was the lowest on the market for ages, including the big talking US companies.

To be fair the comparison should be between Reflex Whey and Extreme Performance Whey, but in our favour I think we will nutritionally top reflex whey with Extreme Protein, I don't know about their new Quattro but I will say I think reflex are a top company too. I respect the way they try to innovate and don't BS the buyers like many firms do.
