| Making Progress | all right lads...bought my whey protein from bulk powders, good service & good price like everyone says. I mix mine with water but only use the whey protein on training days as a pre & post workout drink. The problem is within 5 mins of drinking it a feel like my stomach has bloated & it lasts a good few hours. why is this happening, it is putting me off using protein drinks & only getting protein from solid foods.
