Branded whey shakes will give an amount per serving to be mixed with water or whatever to obtain a good osmolarity ie. one scoop per 250mls, but bulk whey doesnt. Try making it very thin this should help. |

What sweeteners are used in it? The body connot process acesulfame or aspartame, the residue of both are found in your cells when you DIE! 3. Is it a single protein source? If so it may be hitting your system at once and not have time to be absorbed. 4. What is the lactose content of your whey/protein? Lactose intolerance effects 1 in 5. Many bulk suppliers don't seem to supply all these details, many cheaper supp co's use lower grade ingredients, you need to look at the facts before you buy the product. If the main reason to buy a product is price then bear in mind you chose to buy from the bargain bucket. |
