Ive been training and cutting now for nearly 3 months. Using Dymatize whey and pro peptide in the evening before bed. im building shape etc and am now inserting creatine in to my suppliment 'stack' Ive heard mixed reviews on the loading phase.. what are your opinions? thanks Dave |

| Illuminati Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,539 Rep Power: ![]() | I think the loading phase is essentially pointless as your body cannot store anyway near the amount of creatine you load with but the argument ran that much is wasted and only a small amount properly used hence Creatine EE. At the end of the day load with it it costs about 12 p a spoonfull rather be over saturated than sub optimal intake. |
