Default Regime

Unfortunatly i dont have a set regime and diet. I basically eat about 3-5 meals a day not to mention in between, these usually consist of high protein meats such as beef, lamb, chicken, duck and also tuna. Cant really eat any other fish, cant stand the stuff. I would usually accompany these foods with jacket potatoes, Pasta and rice. Unfortunatly im prone to a curry on a saturday usually but not all the time(Im only 20, Got to have something different eh lads!!)

I also have things like oatmeal and alpen for breakfast aswell as bananas and other fruits.
Include with all this 2- 5 protein shakes a day. usually 5 on training days and 2-3 on regular days. I was using Megatein which was made by TITLE. wasnt to bad. But im moving on to LA whey now!

I try to train 2 - 3 times a week. mon, wed, friday. I only train for about 45mins a time but it is a really intense workout. So for example - monday would be areas like chest, shoulders, arms, abs. wednesday- Lower body. Friday would be back, lats and maybe abs again and possibly chest.

This is not always the case as i work in the police and im not always going to have these days off or have an easy day where i can go in the night.

So basically im looking at moving up a level in size, The nurateen 2 and heavyweight 2 products seem really good and i have heard off one or two friends that they are amazing but im always abit wary.

Thank you for taking time ut to read this, i look forward to recieving your reply.

I'll reply later at around 8 ish as I'm just leaving to go to the gym (where else).
