:shock: wow! THat was better than watching eastenders!(not that I ever sit and watch tv of course, far to busy training )
It should be remembered though that there are millions of people out there who may find them selves interested in training and getting fit who don't have a clue, litterally. My mum thinks that if pasta is in a meal then it means it is healthy! People ask me the same questions again and again at work, I have to teach the same exercise over and over, i can be so frustrating at times, but then I remember what it was like to start with, and how much I still don't know, and it keeps me friendly and helpful.
