well as most know i am a hard gainer,well i have been usein twin labs super gainers fuel for a month now and feel its worth a mention as it maybe be of intrest to others here who do not have the time to make up their own shakes,heres a link to the product http://www.epinions.com/well-Nutriti...ay_~full_specs
and any of you more experianced guys want to give us your veiws on this product?ive been usein it 3 times a day now and it does not seemed to of put any fat onto me

Thats one hell of a legal steroid lol, that ammount of sugar could possibly kill!

You should think about what your sticking in your body, so not healthy!

You want oats, whey, EFAs in a simple 100g servings, not a 500g serving of sugar.

true but im not to up on all the supps side of things and this is one i have found to work with my fast metabolism????and im not doin the surving they recomend,im usein just 2 scoops per shake in stead of the four???what single supp would you surgest for helpin up my cal in take tom?

Reflex instant mass would be top, or they slightly cheaper allin1 GAIN. Or if you got the money the Reflex MRP is very good, shame they aint giving out free samples anymore.

He said he was using 2 scoops rather than 4 - that's still 4500 kcals though - not bad, even for an ecto.

true, as long as he is still gettin the bulk of his protien and cal intake from real food, not from shakes (im sure HE is, but i know lots who dont)...i use Russian Bear 5000 (one scoop per serving before anyone asks) 2-3 times a day, but it is supplemental to my diet to grow, not the main source of nutrition as I'm sure some let it happen like that...
