Default Bedtime Casein.. anyone used these?

im about to choose my pre bedtime casein hit

its it if these two..

has anyone tried them or used them and would like to share their findings?

1. Chemical Nutrition..Pro Peptide.

2. Reflex....Micellar Casein.

i aways use pro peptide b4 bed and before i train

this is the best slow release protein blend out there. many companies try to copy it but often resort to chaper processing methods which yield the lower grade casinates rather than cold processed micellular casein.

CNP is my choice every time

aggreed

i always use peptide before bed.... also before i train.

Cant fault it in any way.

if it was a choice between the two in go cnp over reflex every time

oh for sure yea im sponsored by em now but the thing is i was using their stuff long before they sponsored me.

never used reflex when i wasnt sponsored to be honest but there wast any reson for me to want to try as the results i was getting off cnp were too good.

not having a dig at them as im sure they are alright.
