From what i've heard on this forum and others, BSN products are very good but expensive - a bit like LA Muscle in my opinion. (altho i'd go for BSN now cos i'm sick of LA Muscle's ridiculous claims).

I get loads of BSN fliers through the door - must have given my email address to some site, but i aint complaining cos got a free tester of Cellmass (Creatine) but not tried it yet.
Am very keen to try NO Xplode as well but cant seem to get samples of that.

BSN products do work, the Cell-Mass and No-Xplode are potent cell volumisers and give awesome pumps.

I don't know if they actually help in building muscle but they do have an effect upon the way you look and feel around a workout. I believe the creatine content they contain will add weight to you but when you stop the gains will go soon after.

CHUKS and www.betterbodies.uk.com both have cell mass and No-Xplode at £37 and Nitrix at £32.

me and shane both tired the No-Xplode before we trainied once and honestly neither of us could feel a difference, it may work differently in each person but i'd try it first instead of forking out alot of money on a tub
