Default What supplements are you currently taking?

List, without any reference to steroids, what your currently taking supplement wise ! I'm interested to see if i'm missing anything out, particularly ZMA or glutamine.

I'm taking:

Dymatize Elite whey (approx 4 - 6 scoops/day)
Multivitamin (2 in morniing, 1 before bed)
flax seed oil (2 grams morning, 2 grams night)
cod liver oil (1.2 grams morning, 1.2 grams night)
EPA (2 grams morning, 2 grams night)
Glucosamine (1 gram morning, 1 gram night)
Vit C (1 gram morning, 1 gram night)
Creatine (5 grams in morning MRP shake, 5 grams in PWO shake)
St John's Wort (680mg in the morning)
BCAAs - 3 - 5 grams, morning, pre workout, post workout, pre-bed

oh, and from tomorrow for the next 5 weeks:

From USPLabs:

2 x PowerFULL,
1 x Cissus RX,
1 x Camphibolic and
1 x C2.

Dosage:

Morning 15 minutes before eating
2-c2/1 cAMPH
3 PowerFULL
2 cissus

30 minutes pre-training
2 c2/1cAMPH
4 PowerFULL
2 cissus

Before bed
2 cAMPH
3 PowerFULL
1 cissus

hell nick thats a good bit,makes me think i need more lol
im only takein omaga 3 caps,muti vitamins and twinlabs weight gain.i cant afford to take much else as i prefere more food and thats costin anothe when u got 4 greedy kids that want to be selfish and eat pmsl

I bet you rattle when you walk Nick!

I wouldn't overdo it on the multivit, i'm sure 1 will be enough and include 100% RDA of each vit. Apparently overload in certain vitamins isn't good for you.

As regards to me I'm using bulk powders unflavoured whey, multi vit, omega 3 and vit c, sometimes green tea.
