Default best supplements to make big gains and quick...

there is loads of supplements to choose from...and im not really sure what to go for... i would like a supplement which would produce big gains quickly... as i do alot or training and just need something to help me gain...and suggestions please...thankyou

i guessed there is no magic pill..i just need something to boost my protien levels. and i just wanted to know what u guys use and what u think is the best? thankyou

why do you want to boost your protien levels?...im not sure what this means...you mean you need more protien/day?...in that case, check out the link nick posted above to get some info about protien, but honestly, protein shakes should only be used to supplement your diet...the largest amount of your protien intake (and daily calories) should be coming from food, why don't you post your daily diet (including supplements) for us to take a look at...that way maybe we can make some more solid suggestions...

sorry.. what i mean is i dont eat enough food with protiens and i wanted to know what is the best supplement as i was advised maximuscle by a pt. but thought id check what u guys use as hes probably just trying to sell me it for commission..sori if u didnt understand my question.. the titles a bit misleading..

ok, i got ya now 8) ...so what im left wondering is why you cant/arent getting enough protien in your diet?/why do you think you need more?...did you check out the protein sticky yet? What is the rest of your diet like?

my diet is breakfast - oats, semi skimmed milk,

lunch - tuna steak sandwich made with wholegrain bread and low cal mayo. yogurt as dessert

dinner whole roast chicken , steamed rice, yogurt for dessert again. and i only drink semi skimmed milk....

im just not sure if this is a good diet to be following and wether i should use some protien supplements before a workout and after....im new to all of the bodybuilding so im just not sure...thanks

ok, heres a starting place...visit the diet forum and read it...all...with all due respect (you said you are new, so its ok), i eat in one sitting close to what you eat in a day...eat every 2-4 hours, each meal including protien, fats and carb in a 40/20/40 ratio...boneless skinless chicken and brown rice are a nice staple...i dont see anything bad about your diet, there is simply not enough there...protien shakes will be a nice addition once you get that goin...
