ive started using this stuff for my shoulders only been 4 days so far

im going to order the capsules from MP (unless anyone can suggest a better alternative), for anyone that doesnt know, i suffer badly with my knees, basically my quads put too much stress on the tendons around my knee cap, meaning the tendons are constantly inflamed (well almost constantly)... so ill be giving this a try and ill let you all know how it goes! fingers crossed eh!

Lee,on reading around the sites,it appears MP's product is not as effective as bulk powders.

BP sell two strengths 6% and 11%,i have gone for the stronger choice.

i brought the usp labs stuff which is pretty expensive but also brought the 6% powder stuff off mp which im going to cap because i heard it's bad to drink because of the taste

Tastes fine

Intend to use a midge over 5g split 3 ways

Training day - 1.7g on waking,pre WO and before bed

Non Training - 1.7g on waking and 3.4g before bed
