Default Advice on a virgin using test please lads?

ok chaps, norateen 2 from la muscle, 50 a tub, is it gonna do anything for me or is it a wasted purchase?

diet is claen training hard and doing lots of cardio. struggling to put on size muscles just seem to be getting more defined, rather than bigger which is starting to piss me off!!!!!!

sounds to me like your doing too much cardio and/or not eating enough

I'd be inclined to suggest getting rid of it, LA Muscle isn't known for quality products - especially ones claiming to be "stronger than the steroid Dianabol". You could probably get most of your money back selling it on ebay.

Like these guys said, posting your diet and routine would help a lot.

mon - chest, biceps 1hr15mins of cardio (hard)
tue - shoulders, tris 1hr of cardio (hard)
wed - day off
thurs - back, legs 1 hr of cardio (hard)
fri - 1hr run 1hr of hard cardio and abs
sat - 1hr30mins of med intensity cardio
sun - day off

daily meals go something like this,

meal 1. porridge oats with raisens and honey.
2 scoops of extreme whey with a teaspoon of creatine (shake).
meal 2. chicken breast in wholemeal pitta x2 2 packs of crisps.
meal 3. low fat lasagne for 2 people (800cals) 5 pieces of fruit.
meal 4. chicken brest in wholemeal pitta x2 bowl of tomato soup
2 scoops of extreme whey with a teaspoon of creatine (shake).
go to bed!!!!!!

Hows that chaps? i must be doing something wrong because im constantly hungry, and i mean to the point where i get angry cos of hunger pains. but like i said all thats happening to me is i am getting slightly stronger but my muscles are not getting any bigger!!! please help!!!? thanks dudes

To much cardio by far m8 if your trying to gain size.
If you must do cardio, 2o min three times a week. is plenty. when trying to gain mass

the problem i have got is that i am in the mind set that if i don't do enough cardio im going to get fat again!!!! oh the dilema!

Cut the cardio down mate. You gotta make a choice size or definition;-)
