Even cutting for a comp I do no more than 40mins of cardio a day. CAn see why you are struggling to put on size

Think of long distance runners mate, you never see a big powerful one do you. They are all 100/200m runners. You're body will try to remove excess weight to make it more efficient to do the cardio That means fat, yes, but also muscle.

No need mate, any fat can be lost after adding some serious muscle. Muscle will help burn fat.

Nothing to lose

J

couldn't agree more. As J says the more size you pack on the more cals your body will burn anyway in every activity. as Stu says mate HOLY CARDIO. I don't do anywhere near that a month when cutting

way too much cardio! and not nearly enough food and protein...read the thread here about fat while bulking...it will probablly happen to some degree, how much is up to you...so I would say up the cals and keep cardio to twice a week...also, check the cardio you are doing...you wanna be at 65%MHR for about 45 min...that should keep the fat off while allowing you to still gain and not catabolize your muscles...

You do 1 hour of cardio hard? You sprinting for an hour? lol 30mins a day for 3 days a week is good. Cut down if you wanna bulk imo.
