CAn see why you are struggling to put on size Think of long distance runners mate, you never see a big powerful one do you. They are all 100/200m runners. You're body will try to remove excess weight to make it more efficient to do the cardio That means fat, yes, but also muscle. No need mate, any fat can be lost after adding some serious muscle.
