not sure what this is: kre alkayln efx

but assuming its creatine, its a tried and tested product that works, so no harm in taking it.

yes, most people interested in bodybuilding are taking whey protein as its an easily assimilated, quick acting form of protein that is cheap and easy to consume

Hi, i've used 100% whey protein - i take it you mean the Optimum Nutrition stuff? It's the best branded whey i've tried, brilliant mixing and flavour. Now i've moved onto unflavoured whey as it's alot cheaper, but the 100% stuff is very good.

Is the kre alkalyn stuff a creatine thing? I think Sci-Fit used to make something with a similar sounding name. It's meant to be good, but of course any supplement will only work if you put enough into your diet and the gym.
