Until i see an independant study showing that a companys product is able to block myostatin and result in muscle gain i would'nt touch it!.

Every year the supplement company's come out with some new fad or gimmic to try and part you with your hard earned cash, saying "in recent studdies we have seen a remarkable blah blah blah", but you never have access to these studies!, because they either dont prove what there saying!, or they never existed in the first place.

Im not saying that they will never be able to block the myostatin somewere along its pathways, i am saying untill you have real proof of there claims, i wouldnt give them the satisfaction of ripping me off!.

The only way to currently block myostatin is by genetic engineering, this has been done very effectively, there are some new research products out which claim to block myostatin but they are very expensive and as yet have no positive feedback, as for the supps they are just pure crap
